  • Depending on merchandise availability, Fantastic Vibes ships from various U.S. locations to include NJ, VA, AZ, FL and CA.
  • Customers outside the U.S. may incur a reduced or full shipping charge even thought it says "free ship" or "free shipping."
  • Orders received before 11:30 AM (EST) on Mon - Fri (except holidays) will typically leave our warehouse the same business day.
  • Orders received after 11:30 AM (EST), will typically go out the next business, or the second business day if volume is high.
  • Next Day or 2nd Day Air orders with Sat delivery must to be received by the Thu or Fri before 11:30 AM as applicable excluding holidays.
  • Sometimes, we may experience high volume and this may cause a one business day shipping delay.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you in the evening if the item shipped that day.
  • You will know when your item is out for delivery in your area based on the published tracking information.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages to the correct address, please monitor your tracking info.
  • We can and will file a missing package report or insurance claim (if permitted) on your behalf.
  • Refused orders and unopened returned packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Selected items and/or high dollar value orders are sometimes sent with adult signature or adult signature restricted status.
  • USPS International shipping is calculated by weight and you can generally select your service speed and type.
  • UPS Ground to Alaska will always be converted to USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
